Karan Mehta, marketing and technology consultant at hueman
I connect how your business gets customers to how it actually runs.
Ads, websites, WhatsApp, CRM, stock, billing. Most businesses have all of them, and none of them talk to each other. I make them work as one system.
01 The gap
Most businesses pay for leads they never follow up.
The ad brings in an enquiry. It sits in a spreadsheet. Someone calls two days later. The sale gets recorded somewhere else, and the stock in a third place.
02 The real problem
Before I touch a tool, I follow one customer from the ad to the invoice.
On a 17-store retail rollout, a routine stock import could quietly overwrite what each store had already entered. You only find that by following real transactions.
03 The fix
Then I fix the weakest link first, using what you already pay for.
- Marketing
- Automation
- CRM and ERP
- Websites and software
Marketing
Marketing judged by sales, not by likes.
I ran digital for a coaching group across five cities for nearly three years, from the ad and the creative to the landing page behind it. What matters is which campaign brought the customer who paid.
- Meta and Google ads
- Landing pages
- Video and creatives
Automation
Every lead gets an answer while they're still interested.
Ad leads, website forms, payments and WhatsApp wired together, so nobody copies rows between tabs or forgets to call back.
- Leads straight into your CRM
- WhatsApp follow-ups
- Payments, receipts and PDFs
CRM and ERP
Zoho and CRM set up the way your business really runs.
Stock across locations, vendor pricing, GST by store. I map the real process first, then configure it, and write custom functions where the standard setup stops.
- Zoho ERP and Inventory
- CRM setup
- Custom functions and integrations
Websites and software
Websites that bring enquiries, and software when nothing else fits.
Business sites and landing pages are the everyday work. When no existing tool fit, I built the product myself. That's how LeadFest and Klass360 started.
- Business websites
- Custom products
- 360° virtual tours
04 What people call me for
Does any of this sound like your business?
Pick the one that's closest. Here's what's usually behind it, and what I'd do.
05 Recent work
Two products I built, and two systems I put in.

07 Questions
Things people usually ask me.
We're a small team. Is this overkill for us?
Usually not. Some of the most useful setups I've done are just a form, a sheet and a WhatsApp message wired together properly. We start with the one gap that's costing you the most.
Do you only work with Zoho?
No. Zoho is where I do most of my implementation work, but I've also worked with Salesforce, HubSpot and plain Google Sheets. If what you already have can do the job, I'd rather fix that than sell you something new.
Do you run the ads, or only the systems behind them?
Both, and that's the point. Whoever runs your ads should be able to see what happened to the leads afterwards, and the two jobs work better when they aren't kept apart.
How is your work different from Shyam's?
We work together at hueman. I start from your customers and operations: marketing, CRM, ERP and automation. Shyam leads on custom software and AI. Plenty of projects need both of us.
Who owns the accounts and the data?
You do. Ad accounts, CRM, websites, automations and customer data all stay in your name, and I'll document how they fit together.
Tell me where things get stuck.
A few lines about your business and the problem is plenty. I read every message myself and I'll tell you honestly what I'd fix first, including when you don't need me.
